Jerry Lepore is an
experienced business and technology executive with strong background in health care,
insurance, financial services, education and software industries. In his 40 year
career, he has held CEO, COO and CTO positions in public and private companies. Currently, Mr. Lepore is the CEO of MobileSmith Health and is a founder and principal of Fulcrum Associates, a consortium focused on assisting in digital
transformation. As well as an investor, he has also provided transitional leadership
in turnaround and/or growth situations. Mr. Lepore has also founded and operated
several companies in the software and strategic services industries. He has
experience in capital raises, public offerings, strategic sales, corporate
acquisitions, and mergers. Mr. Lepore has held several board designations and
currently serves on boards of healthcare and software organizations.

ABHA MALLYA
CEO, Founder
Abha Mallya was the
co-founder and CEO of ITIntellectuals and was instrumental in the development of the
original Sieve prototype. She brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in
growth and value creation through marketing and sales. Prior to ITIntellectuals, Ms.
Mallya was a Sales Director for Syntel Inc. (a global IT services company) and a
Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. She holds an MBA from Central Michigan University. Apart from being a Board Member, she is also part of the core management team and overseeing Marketing efforts for The Sieve. Ms. Mallya is passionate about yoga, meditation and is an avid dancer. She loves to travel and learn about various cultures.

Dr. MOHAN KAKAR
Director, Founder
Dr. Mohan Kakar has more
than 50 years of global experience in human development, R&D, technology and communications. He has led international teams with the United Nations and Commonwealth Fund for Technical Cooperation (CFTC) in Afghanistan and Seychelles
respectively. In 1999, he co-founded IT Intellectuals, a global IT services company,
focused on providing technology services to Fortune 2000 clients. While trying to recruit for client projects, Dr. Kakar saw the disparity and inconsistencies in the output of his recruiting staff. That is where the concept of The Sieve was developed and the original prototype of The Sieve was developed. Dr. Kakar is a Indian Army retired Colonel and holds a Ph.D from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India. He has accomplished several AI certification courses
in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. His passions are golfing, reading and
travel.

MICHAEL YINGER
Director, Co-Founder
Michael Yinger has
been in the talent acquisition space for almost 20 years, most recently as the
Global Lead of Growth, Strategy and Product Management for PeopleScout. His
previous experience in the space includes Aon RPO as Global Delivery Leader,
Randstad Sourceright as VP of Implementation and Technology, and as an
independent consultant specializing in process and implementation for multiple
clients. A well tenured business executive, Mr. Yinger brings expertise in
technology, business design, and strategy to The Sieve, as well as a passion to
enhance the experience of all the participants in the recruitment process. He
and his family live in Charlotte, NC, where they take time to enjoy the outdoors
and regional entertainment, taking advantage of the mild climate.

VENKAT MALLYA
Director, Founder
Venkat Mallya is a serial
entrepreneur with over 35 years of global experience in seeding, growing and
managing corporations. Apart from being a co-founder for The Sieve, Mr. Mallya is
also a founding partner at Avichi Holdings LLC. a real estate investment group of
companies specializing in Multi Family assets. Over 30 years, he founded Masters
Choice Corporation (MCC), iknowvate Technologies Inc. and Imetris Corporation in the
IT Services area, servicing Global Automotive majors. Additionally, Mr. Mallya was
part of the leadership team of A2 Incubator along with Professor C K Prahlad of
University of Michigan and Prof Pradeep Choudhry of East Michigan University that
seeded 8 different companies. Prior to being an entrepreneur, he served as Vice
President; Corporate Officer at Syntel Inc. (Nasdaq:SYNT) and was part of the core
leadership team that took it through a successful IPO in 1996.Mr. Mallya is an
Executive Scholar from Kellogg School of Management and holds a Post Graduate
Diploma in Marketing Management from Mumbai University. He is passionate about
cricket, golf and hiking. He is a founding member of Michigan Cricket Association.
He has also served as the Executive Director of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.

DOMINICK CAPOZZI
Technical Operations Lead
With more than 30 years of information technology experience, Dominick Capozzi is an application development and delivery veteran. He served as an IT Director with Avis Budget Group for 19 years, where he led successful development teams, driving key initiatives, and facilitating critical business/technology transformations. While at Avis Budget Group he also managed a portfolio of global systems spanning field operations, back-office processing, and corporate applications. Mr. Capozzi holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Computer Science from Long Island University. He and his family live in Sparta, New Jersey.
